Bengals first-round draft pick Shemar Stewart will not be returning to the Texas A&M football team.
On Tuesday, a report emerged that Stewart was back in Texas, working out with the Aggies, and that he may attempt to rejoin the team for the upcoming college football season.
Kelsey Conway later shot that down, and now, we have confirmation from the team itself that Stewart is not returning to the Aggies.
“There’s no intentions of Shemar to play for the Aggies this year,” head coach Mike Elko told ESPN’s Shae Cornette (via Ben Baby).
