Steelers start fast

PITTSBURGH _ Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger wasted no time in continuing his harassment of the Bengals and threw a third-down one-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Antonio Brown to complete an opening game drive that consumed 7:14.

Brown got away from cornerback Leon Hall on the goal line, but it was cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick that he exploited right away. Brown got in front of him on the first third down of the game, a third-and-two. And after the Steelers were called for holding to set up a second-and-15, Kirkpatrick was called for a 22-yard pass interference penalty on Brown running down the right sideline.
