The Cincinnati Bengals released Jefferson on Saturday, a source told The Enquirer.
Jefferson was a 2018 third-round pick by the Bengals. He played in 12 games as a rookie and registered 10 tackles.
The 6-foot-2, 241 pound linebacker fell out of favor in Cincinnati.
