New York Giants fans held their breath when rookie linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux, the fifth overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, grabbed his right knee after he was blocked by Cincinnati Bengals tight end Thaddeus Moss during the second quarter of Sunday night's preseason game.
A cart came out for Thibodeaux, but he limped off the field under his own power. He declared after the game that he was "alright" and "good," and the team said Thibodeaux will undergo further tests on Monday.
Rich Eisen, Emmanuel Acho and others were critical of the block from Moss, which some called dirty.
