Bengals backup quarterback AJ McCarron and defensive end Michael Johnson are co-owners of the first “build-your-own” sushi bar in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where McCarron attended the University of Alabama, according to a story from The Crimson White's Christina Ausley.

Ajian Sushi, according to the article, hopes to offer both the usual and unusual sushi rolls - including the flamin’ hot Cheeto roll, peanut butter and jelly roll and the banana and Nutella roll.

More from Ausley about how the two Bengals got involved with the restaurant's co-owner and main operator, Pete Zimmer:

After visiting his son, a sophomore at The University, Zimmer became inspired to start the first build-your-own sushi restaurant in Tuscaloosa.
