Andrew Billings is leaving the Cincinnati Bengals for their in-state, AFC North rival as the Cleveland Browns added the defensive tackle Thursday, Billings and his agent announced and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported via Twitter.
Billings, a fourth-round pick of the Bengals in the 2016 NFL Draft who turned 25 earlier this month, spent his first three seasons in Cincinnati.
