No fans? No problem for Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow

Cincinnati Bengals rookie quarterback Joe Burrow’s college career started at Ohio State University in a stadium that holds more than 100,000 fans.

Then he transferred to Louisiana State University and played in a stadium that also holds more than 100,000 fans. Burrow’s college career ended in the national championship in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, which has a capacity of more than 70,000. Even LSU’s spring game was played in front of more than 20,000 people.

Burrow is used to big crowds, but he’ll likely play his NFL rookie season in nearly empty stadiums.
