Mike Tomlin 'not overly concerned' about Roethlisberger missing practice, facing Bengals

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin indicated during his Tuesday press conference that he won't have any reservations about starting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday if the former Miami University standout misses the entire week of practice.

"I'm not overly concerned about it," Tomlin told reporters. "This guy has been doing his job for 17 years."

Tomlin also said players on the list as contacts - including Roethlisberger - will play the Week 10 AFC North battle in Pittsburgh as long as they test negative throughout the week.

Roethlisberger was among four players the Steelers added Tuesday to the reserve-COVID-19 list after tight end Vance McDonald was placed on the list Monday.
