Lou Anarumo praises Joe Burrow’s recent play

The NFL regular season is right around the corner, and the Cincinnati Bengals are looking to have a big season with Joe Burrow now back from his season-ending injury in 2020.

In the early stages of training camp, the second-year quarterback was struggling. However, he has quickly started to look more like the Burrow we expect to see.

On Monday, Burrow completed 11 of his 15 passes in team drills while hitting rookie wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase for three touchdowns. Despite coming off a serious knee injury, Burrow also didn’t hesitate to escape the pocket and pick up a first down with his legs as he did that on two separate occasions.
