Former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jon Kitna was a high school football head coach when the Dallas Cowboys hired him to coach quarterbacks. Not retained by new Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy, Kitna is returning to the high school level.
Kitna, 47, is the new head coach at Burleson High School, the school district about 20 miles south of Fort Worth confirmed.
