A.J. Green came into Week 6 amid the worst start of his career and swirling questions about whether he had anything left in the tank. The Cincinnati Bengals wideout responded with his best performance of the season.
Green compiled eight catches for 96 yards in Sunday’s 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Both of which were season-highs. It was Green’s best-receiving output since Oct. 21, 2018.
“I still left some plays out there that I should’ve made,” Green said. “But I felt good. This is probably the best my body has felt. Just getting my confidence back and playing like my old self.
