The team will debut its revamped offensive line and new draft picks on defense during the game.
The game also marks the debut of the new stadium name, as Paul Brown Stadium's name was switched to Paycor Stadium this week.
The Arizona Cardinals are looking to rebound after a disappointing finish to last season. The team won its first seven games before finishing the season 11-6 and being blown out in the first round of the playoffs 34-11 to the Los Angeles Rams.
