Grade the pick: Bengals draft Miami’s Jalen Rivers

The Cincinnati Bengals started the 2025 NFL Draft off with a surprising selection of Texas A&M defensive lineman Shemar Stewart. Adding to their defensive line was a huge need entering the draft, as they had little production outside of Trey Hendrickson a season ago.

In Round 2, they went for linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr. out of South Carolina. In the fourth round, they again added to their linebacker room with Clemson star Barrett Carter. Between those two was Cincinnati’s third-round pick, guard Dylan Fairchild.

With those four selections, the Bengals filled most of their holes with incoming talent, and their fifth-round pick is just as exciting.
