With the San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Lakers tied at 108 Wednesday night in the final seconds of the fourth quarter, Lakers guard Josh Hart drove to the basket for a potential game-winning shot at the buzzer.
And ESPN inexplicably went to commercial. It was only for a couple of seconds, but it was enough to miss Hart's attempt that would have won the game. (It rolled off the rim, and the Lakers won in overtime.)

Of course the "Heidi Game" always gets mentioned when this type of thing happens, but it also happened on NBC in Houston at the end of the Texans' 13-9 win against the Bengals in Cincinnati in September of 2017.
