Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive back Darqueze Dennard agreed to terms with the Atlanta Falcons, according to a report via Twitter from NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
The three-year deal that Dennard reportedly reached in March with the Jacksonville Jaguars was not finalized, and the unrestricted free agent returned to the open market.
Dennard was a first-round pick of the Bengals in the 2014 NFL Draft. He had three interceptions in his six seasons with the Bengals, including one in 2017 that he returned for a touchdown. He forced three fumbles and recovered one.
Dennard played in nine games for Cincinnati during the 2019 season.
