Joe Burrow, the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback who led LSU to a national championship earlier this week, has yet to play an NFL down for the Cincinnati Bengals - the team that holds the top pick in the 2020 draft - or otherwise.
But Fox Sports' Colin Cowherd said Wednesday that he's already convinced that Burrow is former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.
