The Cincinnati Bengals are benching starting quarterback Andy Dalton to start rookie Ryan Finley, according to a report via Twitter from NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Dalton turned 32 on Tuesday. He is in his ninth season with the Bengals.
Cincinnati moved up in the 2019 NFL Draft to take Finley in the fourth round.
