Cincinnati Bengals into AFC championship game after game-winning FG sinks Tennessee Titans

NASHVILLE -- For 31 years, the Cincinnati Bengals had no playoff victory. Now they are one game away from playing for a Super Bowl.

Cincinnati defeated the Tennessee Titans 19-16 in the divisional round of the playoffs to advance to their first AFC championship game since 1988.

Bengals rookie kicker Evan McPherson hit a 52-yard, game-winning field goal as time expired, his fourth kick of the game and his eighth this postseason.

He matches Stephen Gostkowski (2006) for the most field goals by a rookie kicker in a postseason in NFL history.
