The Cincinnati Bengals announced on Twitter on Wednesday morning wide receiver Tee Higgins will change jersey numbers this year.
Higgins will now wear No. 5, the same number he wore during his collegiate playing days at Clemson.
The wide receiver is entering his fourth season with the Bengals and has caught 215 passes for 3,028 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Higgins is eligible for a contract extension as he enters the final year of his rookie deal. Cincinnati drafted Higgins in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft.
