Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins won't play Thursday night against the Baltimore Ravens, the second straight game he will miss because of a hamstring injury.
Defensive end Sam Hubbard (ankle) and wide receiver Andrei Iosivas (knee) also were ruled out by the Bengals on Wednesday. Wide receiver Charlie Jones (thumb) is listed as questionable.
Higgins suffered his hamstring injury during a practice last Wednesday.
Higgins is third on the Bengals with 27 receptions and 328 receiving yards this season. He also has two touchdown catches.
