Bengals waive LB Brady Sheldon, per report

The Cincinnati Bengals are getting started on cutting down their roster to 53 players.

Linebacker Brady Sheldon is the first to get waived, per NFL insider Tom Pelissero.

As more teams begin work to get down to 53, the #Bengals have waived LB Brady Sheldon, per source.

Sheldon, a first-year player out of Ferris State, was originally a college free agent signee by the Oakland Raiders back in 2017. He spent time with the Raiders, Cleveland Browns, and Green Bay Packers before the Bengals signed Sheldon to their practice squad in November of 2019.
