Nate Davis of USA Today ranked all uniforms in the NFL, and the Cincinnati Bengals came out near the top. Checking in at No. 8, Davis sees only seven teams with uniform styles better than the Bengals.
The orange and black striped helmet is arguably the best in the league, but adding the White Bengal look was something Davis highlighted.
“They earned beaucoup points (and their first Super Bowl berth) in 1981 when they stopped looking like Browns knock-offs – gross – and literally changed their stripes,” Davis said.
