Bengals TE Erick All learning about AFC North, position nuances from veterans

For the past few years, the Bengals have largely balked at the idea of investing heavily at the tight end position. After C.J. Uzomah’s departure, the Bengals largely relied on one-year veteran rentals, as well as low and/or undrafted free agent players at the spot.

The past couple of drafts prior to 2024 could have netted some big-time talent, but the Bengals didn’t pounce, bolstering other positions. This spring was a bit different, though. While they went with another one-year, high-potential rental deal with Mike Gesicki, the team double-dipped in the draft with two talented players.

Their first tight end selection was Erick All, Jr.
