The chess game has started between the city, county and Bengals, with the three players moving the proposed Banks music venue around on the riverfront.
The football team would support another lot at The Banks, Lot 24, be used for a concert venue, Bengals spokeswoman Emily Parker told The Enquirer in an email.
The problem is, a group of developers has proposed $75 million residential development for that 2.6-acre lot, the largest undeveloped piece of real estate at The Banks.
