INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Cincinnati Bengals are in Indianapolis to take on the Colts in their annual preseason matchup, and the Bengals announced that five players are not likely to play due to injury.
They are:
Running backs Jeremy Hill (ankle) and Tra Carson (undisclosed) and tight ends Mason Schreck (knee) and C.J. Uzomah (ankle), along with safety Shawn Williams (elbow).
About two hours before kick, a slew of Bengals starters, along with running back Joe Mixon, got in a heavy pregame workout on the turf. It's safe to say they won't be playing, either.
