The Cincinnati Bengals announced Monday that they’ve signed S Cedric Thompson to a contract and waived K Jon Brown.
- Bengals RB Jarveon Williams was activated from the PUP list.
Thompson, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Dolphins in 2015. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason during his rookie season, but was later added to the Dolphins’ practice squad at the start of the season.
The Patriots eventually signed him off of the Dolphins’ practice squad and later brought him back on a future reserve contract.
