The Cincinnati Bengals have signed second-round pick Demetrius Knight to his rookie contract.
Fox Sports’ Jordan Schultz broke the news on Saturday that Knight had signed his rookie deal, which came on the day rookies are reporting to the team ahead of next week’s training camp. Schultz adds that nearly 80% of the contract is fully guaranteed at signing.
The 6-foot-2, 235-pound Knight is one of the oldest prospects in this year’s draft at 25 years old. He was originally a class of 2019 recruit as a quarterback before moving to linebacker at Georgia Tech.
