If you heard a loud exhale coming from the direction of Paul Brown Stadium early in the week, it was probably the entire Bengals front office hearing the health reports on A.J. Green.
The prized receiver, appears to have avoided serious injury after coming down hard and missing the majority of the second half of Sunday’s loss at Carolina.
Green came out to practice in full pads before slipping over the rehab field and being listed as a limited participant.
Marvin Lewis stated on a conference call with Atlanta media that Green would be “ready to go,” and gave a deeper explanation of the last few days in his weekly Wednesday press conference locally.
