The Bengals’ tight end group took another hit today signed as the team placed Mason Schreck on the Reserve/Injured list. In his place the Bengals promoted tight end Jordan Franks off the practice squad.
Schreck follows Cethan Carter and Tyler Eifert as other Bengals tight ends on IR. Tyler Kroft is currently injured, too, but is expected back in the coming weeks. Schreck suffered a knee injury on Sunday in the Bengals’ loss to the Chiefs.
Additionally, the Bengals signed linebacker Brandon Bell to the practice squad to take Franks’ spot.
