Bengals DE Kendall Futrell tests positive for COVID-19

As players begin reporting for training camp, the Cincinnati Bengals have had one player test positive for the coronavirus.

According to the Sunday transaction wire, defensive end Kendall Futrell tested positive for the virus. He was one of six NFL players, four being from the AFC North, to test positive. They will now be placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Futrell, who signed as an undrafted free agent out of East Carolina this offseason, racked up 63 total tackles (37 solo), 16 tackles for loss, 11 sacks, and one pass defense this past season.
