AJ McCarron to open sushi resturant in Alabama

CINCINNATI -- Bengals quarterback AJ McCarron is planning to open a "build your own" sushi restaurant in Tuscaloosa, Ala, according to the Crimson White, Alabama's student newspaper.

McCarron, a former Alabama quarterback, is listed as the co-owner of the restaurant, but Bengals defensive end Michael Johnson is also an investor.

The restaurant, which will be called Ajian Sushi, is slated to open in June and is planned to be one of the first of 10 locations in Alabama.

It will offer traditional rolls, but also other options, like the peanut butter and jelly roll and the flamin' hot Cheeto roll.
