A.J. Green makes NFL history in Bengals’ Week 8 game vs. Buccaneers

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green had 596 catches for 8,824 yards and 62 touchdowns in his eight-year NFL career coming into Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Green had two first-half catches, one of which was a touchdown that tied him up with Carl Pickens for second place on the all-time Bengals receiving touchdowns list. Green now has 63 receiving touchdowns, which ranks second in team history. He’ll soon rank first as Chad Johnson had 66 receiving touchdowns in his Bengals career. When consider all-time touchdowns regardless of receiving or rushing, Green now is tied for third with Pickens and James Brooks.
