Wyoming's undefeated basketball season ends in district loss to Alter Cincinnati Enquirer
CORRYVILLE - Playing at the University of Cincinnati's Fifth Third Arena, Wyoming's boys basketball team fell for the first time this season as the Kettering Alter Knights downed the Cowboys in a Division II district final, 77-66.
Alter never trailed in the game and led by as many as 19. Coach Eric Coulter's squad shot 50% from the field and 45.8% from the arc making 11-of-24. Wyoming made 5-of-13 from the perimeter, but couldn't stop Alter's high-arching shots from dropping through the net with regularity.
