The 2-1 Cincinnati Bearcats women’s basketball team will be looking for their third consecutive win this Saturday when they take on the Miami (Ohio) Redhawks at 2 PM at St. Ursula Academy.
This will be the third game in UC’s seven game homestand. The Bearcats won the first two by large margins over Slippery Rock and Southeastern Louisiana.
Longtime rival Miami looks to be stiffer competition than UC’s last two foes. The Redhawks, who play in the highly competitive Mid-American Conference (MAC), hold a 1-1 record. They pummeled Detroit Mercy in their opener 91-64 before fading late in a road loss to Purdue on Wednesday, 75-66.
