UC Bearcats senior forward Kyle Washington was named an all-tournament team selection as play concluded Saturday at the Portsmouth Invitational Tournamentin Virginia.
Washington averaged 16.7 points, 10.7 rebounds, 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steals during his three games for the Cherry Bekaert squad.
Washington and fellow senior forward Gary Clark impressed in early action at the Portsmouth Invitational.

Washington scored a game-high 24 points with nine rebounds and two blocks, leading Cherry Bekaert in its 103-93 loss to Sales Systems, Limited. Washington made 8 of 11 attempts from the field with a pair of three-pointers while making all six of his attempts from the foul line.
