Even though the University of Cincinnati is ranked 12 spots higher than the Panthers in the Associated Press Poll, Austin Peay co-defensive coordinator Dominique Bowman had a guarantee for the Governors’ game Saturday at the University of Cincinnati.
“I’m not saying we will win the game, but we will play better and it won’t be 55-0,” Bowman said. “That’s bulletin board material.”
The Bearcats open their 2020 regular season at Nippert Stadium against a team that will be playing its last game of the fall season.
