UC football racks up another top local recruit in Walnut Hills lineman Mao Glynn

WALNUT HILLS - April is known for showers and some of the best local high school football recruits continue to shower the University of Cincinnati with love. Saturday night, Walnut Hills offensive lineman Mao Glynn verbally committed to the hometown Bearcats.

Glynn is a 6-4, 280-pound guard who recently cut his final four down to UC, Pitt, Louisville and Rutgers out of double digits offers. Less than two weeks ago, West Virginia and North Carolina State also offered. He was recruited by offensive coordinator Mike Denbrook and line coach Ron Crook.

Glynn now joins the Luke Fickell UC family for 2021 that also includes La Salle defensive back Iesa Jarmon, East Central offensive lineman Luke Collinsworth and Princeton safety Leroy Bowers locally.
