To say that Dan Enos - hired earlier this year to be the UC Bearcats' running backs coach - is well traveled would be an understatement.
UC added Enos in March after jobs as an assistant and/or coordinator at University of Miami, Alabama, Michigan, Arkansas, Michigan State, Western Michigan and Southern Illinois, among others, as well as five seasons as Central Michigan's head coach.
But in 2003, during his only season at North Dakota State, Enos assessed the talent of fellow NDSU assistant Jimmy Burrow's son, Joe - now the rookie quarterback of the Cincinnati Bengals - at age 7 - according to a report from Forum Communications' Jeff Kolpack:
While the newly hired Bison coaches in 2003 worked putting together a program, the kid spent hours in the hallway throwing a Nerf football.
