Two weeks before the end of the regular season in the NFL, several former Cincinnati Bearcats are making the playoff push. Here’s a quick update on their week 16’s.
Brent Celek: Ok, the Eagles are most certainly not one of those teams in the playoff hunt. That was pretty evident when Chip Kelly was fired this week. But former UC tight end Brent Celek did get in on the action in Philadelphia’s second to last game of the season, catching a pass for 18 yards.
Connor Barwin: A pretty typical game from the Philly defensive end/linebacker, as he notched a trio of tackles, including two that went behind the line of scrimmage, and a hit on Washington quarterback Kirk Cousins.
