Cincinnati Bearcats defensive backs coach Mike Mickens is leaving UC for Notre Dame, according to a report via Twitter from Yahoo Sports' Pete Thamel.
Mickens played for Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly at UC from 2005 to 2008, including in the 2009 Orange Bowl.
Mickens has coached the Bearcats' cornerbacks for the past two seasons.
