University of Cincinnati men's basketball season ticket sales are at their highest level since the Mick Cronin coaching era began in the 2006-07 season, UC athletic director Mike Bohn said Tuesday.
"We're at 5,608 and counting," Bohn said. "That represents a 12-year high."
UC President Dr. Neville G. Pinto, in a recent letter to UC faculty and staff, said that less than 900 season tickets remained for the 2017-18 men's basketball season.
UC this season will play its home games at Northern Kentucky University's 9,400-seat BB&T Arena. The Bearcats' Fifth Third Arena is undergoing an $87 million renovation, with UC scheduled to return home beginning with the 2018-19 season.
