The Cincinnati Bearcats were a well oiled, well balanced machine last Saturday in a decisive 52-10 win over Alabama A&M. But that was just a warm up compared to what they face this Saturday in the Temple Owls.
During the average year, they aren’t much to be concerned with. “It’s Temple”, as the fans would and should snicker about a team that for about two decades barely sniffed three wins per season let alone the .500 mark. But then Al Golden happened and transformed the Owls into a MAC power by focusing on a bruising defense and run-first approach offensively.
