Surrounded by University of Cincinnati basketball royalty, the Bearcats bested the Bruins of UCLA for a second straight year Wednesday night, 93-64.

With a sellout crowd of 12,689 in Fifth Third Arena, UC rolled out the family of former AD and coach George Smith and his players, the family of Ed Jucker and his players and former Bearcat coach Bob Huggins (who flew in from West Virginia) and his players. They represented UC's five straight Final Fours (1959-63, plus the national title teams of '61-'62) and the return to the NCAA semifinals with Huggins in 1992.
