The red team came away with a 3-2 back-and-forth victory on Sunday afternoon to even the Red/Black World Series at a game apiece. The red team lost a pair of leads throughout the game, but sophomore Treg Haberkorn (Leo, Ind./Leo) made things happen on the base paths to score the winning run in the top of the ninth inning.
Freshman Cameron Alldred (Batavia, Ohio/Cincinnati Country Day) was the bright spot for the black team, driving in both runs with a pair of RBI-singles while also pitching a scoreless inning for the home team.
