Nysier Brooks, a center for the Cincinnati Bearcats for the past three seasons, announced via Twitter on Tuesday that he's transferring to the University of Miami to play for the Hurricanes and head coach Jim Larrañaga.
Brooks had recently entered the NCAA transfer portal and announced via Twitter on Monday that he would not return to UC.
Late last month, a report from CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein indicated that Brooks would visit three schools and consider another.
