Lance Stephenson, a former UC Bearcats standout, has done his best to torment Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James when they've met in the NBA - going back to the infamous blowing in his ear in 2014 during Stephenson's first stint with the Indiana Pacers and when James played for the Miami Heat.
