Many of the reactions to the Cincinnati Bearcats' announcement Wednesday night that UNC Greensboro Spartans head coach Wes Miller would replace John Brannen as UC's new head coach were positive.
But former Bearcats players Kenyon Martin and Corie Blount were not among those praising the hire on Twitter:
There were former Bearcats in support of hiring Miller.
"I wish the new coach the best of luck and I hope the fans get behind him and the program so things can be great moving forward," former UC player James White told The Enquirer's Keith Jenkins.
