Ellis Named to League’s Weekly Honor Role
University of Cincinnati senior forward Octavius Ellis (Memphis, Tenn./Trinity valley College [Texas]) has been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll.
Ellis averaged a team-high 13.5 points and 11.0 rebounds while shooting 52.9 percent (9 of 17) from the floor and 90.0 percent (9 of 10) from the free-throw line during a 1-1 week for the Bearcats.
