Jalin Billingsley, a 6-foot-7, Class of 2021 power forward from Cleveland Lutheran East High School, tweeted Tuesday night that he received a scholarship offer from the Cincinnati Bearcats.
Billingsley also has received offers from Akron, Dayton, Penn State, VCU, West Virginia and Youngstown State, per Rivals.com.
He tweeted last month that he added offers from Georgetown and Temple.
