For the second straight week, the University of Cincinnati football team didn't play, and for the second straight week the Bearcats remained No. 7 in the latest Amway Coaches and the Associated Press Top 25 polls.
The polls released Sunday have Cincinnati (8-0, 6-0 American Athletic Conference) holding steady ahead of its scheduled game Saturday at Tulsa.
The winner between the Bearcats and Golden Hurricane will host the AAC championship game on Dec. 19.
Tulsa (6-1, 6-0 AAC) clinched a spot in the AAC title game with a 19-6 win Saturday at Navy.
